LAUREATE & LAUREATE WITH DISTINCTION
The Laureate and Laureate with Distinction awards are one of the main reasons students join COFA. These awards are given to graduating seniors who are specially recognized for completing the requirements of the Conservatory. When receiving the Laureate or Laureate with Distinction, students are presented with a stole to wear over their graduation gown and a certificate of recognition.
Laureate Award
Requirements
1. Take 3 years or 30 credits worth of art courses
2. Earn B’s or better in art courses
3. Attend a total of 9 COFA events outside of your discipline
Laureate with Distinction Award Requirements
1. Take 4 years or 40 credits worth of art courses
2. Earn B’s or better in art courses
3. Attend a total of 12 COFA events outside of your discipline
